How long does it take until my package arrive?

Our shipping takes 8-18 days depending on the country and region. Please note that we need 1 to 3 working days to process your order before we ship it. Of course we do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Please note any public holidays that may affect delivery times.

Where do you ship?

We shipinternationallyfrom our 3 different warehouses. That way, the shipping time can change.

How can I track my order?

After completing the order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipping.

I did not receive tracking number. What can I do?

If you have questions about your order status or if you did not receive the email, please send us an email to info@olladamia.com and include your order number.

How to get discount at checkout?

Once your item is in your cart, you have to fill in all the required fields (email, name, address, etc).
Click 'continue to shipping'.

Fill in all the required fields until you reach the 'PAYMENT' section. Here you will find a box 'DISCOUNT CODE' - write the code here then apply (arrow) and pay the discounted price.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept Paypal, Klarna, American Express, Visa and Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay and many more.

However we cannot accept any payment in cash and after pay (except Klarna).

Are my payment details safe on this website?

The data collected will only be used to process and deliver the orders. We never pass on our customers' data to third parties, except for order processing. Your online transaction is secured with the highest level of transaction security. Our shop uses SSL encryption technology to protect your card details while they are securely transmitted via SSL directly to a secure electronic vault for payment processing.

Refund

We offer a full refund or a replacement if your package has arrived in a badly damaged condition

We offer a partial refund or a replacement if package has arrived partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.)

You have to report the damage to us within 5 working days after you've received the package.
